Professional bar counter with exceptional beers

The beer bar at La Felicità is one of the longest bars built in Europe, approximately 35 linear meters fully deployed as a Bar Circus. La Felicità claims to be the largest bar in Europe with its 3500 m2 indoor space and 1000 m2 terrace.

All around the central island, stainless steel cocktail stations, sinks, pairing preparation, coffee stations, and cash registers have been distributed. The great modularity of the Bar Circus allowed the teams to arrange the bar in the most optimal way for service. Technically, the corners allowed for the positioning of electrical boxes underneath. Big Mamma chose the professional stainless steel bar counter solution from Bar Circus for its manufacturing quality, ergonomics, and economic aspect.

A completely custom-made central part was designed and created. This monumental piece of furniture is a tap wall, a beer tap wall that hosts a complete line. The challenge was to design and create a fully functional piece of furniture for beer with storage for refrigerators and various equipment at the bottom. The difficulty was precisely managing the python line exits from the floor and within the structure to allow maintenance access without compromising the whole. This was done while ensuring the slab's water tightness. An important constraint was to provide access and a comfortable working space for a technician to intervene in the column. The upper part, separate from the lower part, was entirely covered with decorative panels. The challenge was to provide a structure with a stability plate distributed among the refrigerators. The result is an aesthetic piece of furniture offering optimal functionality for beer dispensing and a very large storage space underneath. At the back of the unit, a double-machine sink was installed. This optimizes the flow of glasses in the room and the replenishment of clean glasses at the front bar. The modularity of the Bar Circus models allows the Big Mamma team to interchange and add elements from the Bar Circus catalog.
