Compact cocktail bar station for one to two bartenders

Unlike any other, it stands out from all the bars in the Oberkampf neighborhood. The Lozano brothers welcome you to their speakeasy and immerse you in the Gatsby era. They introduce you to a bar with an art deco ambiance, as well as unique cocktails with notes from South America. They enlisted the Bar Circus team to create the cocktail station worthy of this unique place.

The features of this establishment:
- A small seating area accommodating no more than 35 people.
- All production equipment is at the bar. No remote stock.
- A maximum bar length of 3 meters.
- The capacity to accommodate 2 bartenders in production.
- An almost 100% cocktail menu.

A real challenge, in such a small space. Ice machine, glass washer, ice crusher, refrigerators, cocktail station, and shaker rinser, everything has been positioned at the bar in just 3 meters of length.

For efficient service, the cocktail station has been designed symmetrically. Thus, there is a large central icewell with a capacity of 110 L of ice, surrounded by two preparation workstations, and at the ends, shaker rinsing sinks. This symmetrical layout allows two bartenders to work simultaneously and optimize preparation and service times.

The Lozano brothers also chose to install track supports, which allow for the creation of a structure to which the customer counter and bar cladding can easily be attached. Track supports are an interesting and economical option as they eliminate the need for masonry work.

The Bar Circus team was delighted to collaborate with the Lozano brothers in designing their cocktail station that revives the charm of the Roaring Twenties.
