The DW3200-1 induction wok TECNOX is designed in AISI 304 stainless steel with a 6 mm ceramic glass top specially shaped into a bowl to perfectly fit the shape of the wok. It features a 314 mm diameter inductor suitable for the wok, offering 9 adjustment positions, 2 boosters, as well as functions for bain-marie at 42°C, temperature maintenance at 70°C, and simmering at 94°C. The capacitive touch controls with slider ensure comfortable and precise use, complemented by a timer and a locking key for added safety. Four rubber feet guarantee excellent stability. A wok pan is included with the purchase of this appliance, ideal for professionals seeking performance and ergonomics.
