The extra-large refrigerated prep table TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC TRUE offers optimal space with 24 GN 1/6 pans and a gross volume of 439 L. Its two full swing doors and four internal shelves allow for organized ingredient storage. The top surface includes a 1534 × 226 mm cutting board, ideal for preparing sandwiches, salads, and other dishes. Designed to last, it combines stainless steel for the front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back. The interior, made of raw lacquered aluminum and stainless steel base, ensures hygiene and ease of maintenance.
