The extra-large refrigerated prep table TSSU-60-18M-B-HC TRUE combines durability and practicality with a gross volume of 439 L. It is equipped with two solid hinged doors and four internal shelves to easily organize your ingredients. Its top surface accommodates 18 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) and features a cutting board measuring 1534 × 226 mm, ideal for quickly preparing sandwiches, salads, and other dishes. The construction combines stainless steel for the front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back, ensuring strength and hygiene.
