It features two full swing doors and four internal shelves for convenient storage of ingredients. The top surface accommodates 15 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) and includes a cutting board of 1534 × 226 mm, perfect for preparing sandwiches, salads, and other dishes. The construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back, ensuring strength and hygiene. The interior, made of raw lacquered aluminum with a stainless steel base, ensures durability and easy maintenance.
