It features three full swing doors and six internal shelves, allowing for efficient storage of ingredients. The top surface can accommodate 18 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) and includes a 1893 × 299 mm cutting board, facilitating quick preparation of sandwiches and salads. Its construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back, ensuring strength and hygiene. The interior, with its raw lacquered aluminum and stainless steel base, ensures durability and easy maintenance.
