It is equipped with two solid swing doors and four internal shelves suitable for GN pans. The top surface can accommodate 12 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) and includes a cutting board measuring 1534 × 299 mm, ideal for efficiently preparing ingredients. Its construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back, ensuring durability and hygiene. The interior made of raw lacquered aluminum with a stainless steel base facilitates maintenance and ensures great durability. The robust 127 mm casters (total height 158 mm) allow for easy movement to reposition the table as needed.
