The top section can hold 10 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) and includes a cutting board measuring 1534 × 299 mm, providing a convenient space for quickly preparing ingredients. Its robust construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back, ensuring hygiene and strength. The interior is made of raw lacquered aluminum with a stainless steel base, ensuring durability and easy maintenance.
