With a gross volume of 184 L, it features two spacious drawers capable of holding a GN 1/1 pan (150 mm) each, as well as eight GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) on the top section. The 702 × 299 mm cutting board facilitates quick ingredient preparation. Its construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back for robustness and hygiene. The interior, made of raw lacquered aluminum with a stainless steel base, ensures durability and easy maintenance.
