With a capacity of 255 L, it is constructed from AISI 430 stainless steel on the outside and AISI 304 on the inside for optimal hygiene. Its ventilated cooling system with a forced draft anti-corrosion evaporator ensures a stable temperature. It operates with a monoblock unit using R-290 gas and delivers a refrigeration power of 370 W.
