The Atosa AT7G4P-F pasta cooker from the 700 series is the ideal equipment for quick and controlled cooking in a professional kitchen. Equipped with a 10 kW burner, it offers efficient heating for a water capacity of 25 L. Delivered with 2 baskets measuring 140x140x200 mm and 1 large basket measuring 290x160x200 mm, it allows for simultaneous cooking of different portions. Compatible with propane and natural gas (injectors provided), it features a piezo ignition, a fill and drain tap, and rests on an AISI 304 stainless steel cabinet, ensuring robustness and practicality.
