The BF850 bakery negative cabinet TEFCOLD in stainless steel SS304 offers a net capacity of 737 L. The ventilated cooling with R290 fluid (115 g) ensures a stable temperature between -24 and -18 °C, electronically regulated with automatic defrosting.
