The RM-8-SP mixer from the ROBOT COUPE brand is designed for demanding professionals. It features a 7.6 L rounded bowl, ideal for working with both very small and large quantities. It comes with three stainless steel tools: a paddle, whisk, and spiral, to meet all bakery, pastry, or catering needs. Thanks to its ultra-silent industrial asynchronous motor, it guarantees reliability, longevity, and user comfort. The 10 adjustable speeds from 60 to 600 rpm ensure precise mixing. It can whip up to 16 egg whites (minimum 2), make 1.5 kg of softened butter, or 4 kg of bread dough. The optional protective screen, with large openings, limits splashing while making it easy to add ingredients. The device is delivered without a front accessory socket.
