The Red Meat Grinder ref. 12-12R from SANTOS is perfect for preparing minced meats, sausages, and terrines. Designed to grind all types of meat, even the toughest ones, it features a 70 mm diameter stainless steel grinding body. The reverse function allows for easy unblocking of the device in case of clogging. Supplied with three stainless steel grids (holes of 3, 4.5, and 8 mm), it can also be optionally equipped with a set of sausage funnels to be adapted to a special 20 mm grid. Easy to disassemble, assemble, and clean, it combines robustness and practicality for professional use.
