The Atosa AT7G4CM-F charcoal grill on a cabinet, series 700, is designed to provide efficient and quick cooking thanks to its 7 kW burner. It features a cooking surface of 356x535 mm, grid adjustment handles, piezo ignition, and side splash guards. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, it is compatible with natural gas or propane (injectors provided). Its integrated cabinet and removable enamelled cast iron grids make it a robust and functional piece of equipment for professional kitchens. The lava stones need to be replaced regularly.
