This ice machine produces high-quality cubes with a capacity of 108 kg/24h and an integrated bin of 38 kg.
It operates with an air cooling system. Air circulates to cool the condenser, so it is important that the room is well-ventilated. Water-cooled models require a closed circuit and are not recommended for open water systems.
The refrigerant used is R-290, which is more environmentally friendly than other gases.
The basic kit includes an ice scoop and additional feet to elevate the machine. The water bin is easily removable, and the door seals are detachable. The air filter cleans quickly to maintain performance.
Draining is done by gravity, so the outlet must be lower than the machine.
Options are available to enhance hygiene: 4HC-H filtration system, scoop attachment kit, and UV-C disinfection.
