This Hoshizaki FM-80KE is a self-contained flake ice machine that produces up to 85 kg of flake ice in 24 hours.

The Hoshizaki FM range produces high-quality flake ice. The light texture of flake ice allows for quick and even cooling without causing freezer burn. This is why it is very popular and considered ideal for preparing hygienic and attractive food displays.
