The MAR-56-AS flake ice machine offers a production capacity of 380 kg of thick ice and 426 kg of fine ice per 24 hours. Designed without a storage cabinet, it easily connects to an external storage system. Its stainless steel structure ensures durability, hygiene, and ease of maintenance, making it ideal for intensive professional use. This complete unit is optimized for use with fresh water, ensuring efficient and consistent production thanks to its stainless steel evaporator. The electrical panel is IP41 protected, while the electronic control of the evaporator's rotation ensures reliable operation. Cooling is provided by an integrated air system, with a three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz + neutral power supply suitable for industrial installations. Recommended storage bins are UBH1100, UBH1600, UBH2250, SIS300, SIS700, and SIS1350.
