The MAR-76-AS flake ice machine ensures a high production of 510 kg of thick ice and 570 kg of fine ice per 24 hours. Designed as a complete unit operating with fresh water, it is equipped with a stainless steel structure and evaporator, ensuring durability and hygiene for intensive use. The IP41-protected electrical panel includes a contactor and motor regulation, as well as a connection for remote management. A 12 V power supply powers the optical sensor for precise control, while the evaporator cylinder rotation is electronically controlled. Air cooling and three-phase power supply with neutral ensure efficient and stable operation. Recommended storage bins are UBH1100, UBH1600, UBH2250, SIS300, SIS700, and SIS1350.
