The MAR-106-AS flake ice machine produces up to 700 kg of thick ice and 785 kg of thin ice per 24 hours. Designed as a complete unit operating with fresh water, it features a robust stainless steel structure and a stainless steel evaporator, ensuring efficient production and simplified maintenance. This machine is equipped with an IP41 electrical panel that includes a contactor, motor regulation, and a connection for remote management. A 12 V power supply powers the level sensor, while the cylinder's rotation is electronically controlled. Air cooling and 400 V three-phase power supply ensure stable and continuous performance for demanding professional environments.
