The BLCA10X1 TEFCOLD rapid freezing and cooling cell, made of SS304 stainless steel, offers a capacity of 40 kg to +3 °C in 90 minutes and 28 kg to -18 °C in 240 minutes. Compatible with GN1/1 and Euronorm, it features a programmable touch screen, a central sensor, a reversible door with automatic closing, and allows the export of HACCP data via USB. Its temperature range extends from -30 to +70 °C, with automatic defrosting using hot gas, R290 refrigerant, and operates quietly (60 dB).
