The BLCA5X1 rapid freezing and cooling cell TEFCOLD in SS304 stainless steel can cool 18 kg to +3 °C in 90 minutes and freeze 14 kg to -18 °C in 240 minutes. Compatible with GN1/1 and Euronorm, it features a programmable touchscreen, a central sensor, and a reversible door with automatic closing. Its regulation covers a range from -30 to +70 °C via a ventilated rapid cooling system and automatic defrosting using hot gas. HACCP data can be exported via USB. Stable on 4 adjustable feet, quiet (60 dB), R290 refrigerant.
