The Atosa EBF-15 blast chiller and freezer can handle up to 75 kg of preparations in a positive cold cycle (+90°C to +3°C) or 45 kg in freezing (+90°C to -18°C). Compatible with GN1/1 and 600x400, it features 15 levels with a step of 65 mm. Equipped with a core probe, a 90° door lock system, automatic defrost, and 4 programmable cycles, it ensures performance and convenience. AISI 304 stainless steel finish and wheels with brakes included.
