The Atosa EBF-05 blast chiller and freezer has a volume of 94 L distributed over 5 levels compatible with GN1/1 or 600x400, with a spacing of 65 mm. Efficient and versatile, it uses R290 refrigerant and 70 mm insulation to ensure optimal preservation. It can chill up to 25 kg from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or freeze 15 kg from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes, operating with a power of 0.20 kWh/kg. It features CAREL regulation with 4 programmable cycles and a core temperature probe for precise control. The door automatically locks at 90° for added safety, and defrosting is automatic. Its AISI 304 stainless steel finish ensures durability, while its wheels with front brakes facilitate mobility.
