The Atosa EBF-03 blast chiller and freezer offers a usable volume of 74 L, distributed over 3 levels compatible with GN1/1 or 600x400, spaced 65 mm apart. Its thick 70 mm insulation and R290 refrigerant ensure optimal energy performance. It cools up to 10 kg of product from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, or freezes 5 kg from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. The CAREL regulation with 4 programmable cycles and a core temperature probe facilitates its use, while the 90° door locking system ensures safety and convenience. It features automatic defrosting, and the AISI 304 stainless steel finish both inside and outside guarantees excellent durability. The unit stands on non-slip feet for maximum stability.
