The SBU20HLE rapid cooling unit offers a versatile format compatible with GN 1/1 and 400x600 mm. With compact exterior dimensions (745 x 720 x 900 mm), it integrates easily into the kitchen. Its optimized interior (625 x 600 x 370 mm) provides 5 levels with a 66.5 mm spacing, suitable for various storage needs. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it combines robustness and hygiene, while being suitable for climate class 4, for optimal operation up to 30°C and 55% humidity. It ensures rapid cooling of 20 kg from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, as well as freezing of 12 kg from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. Equipped with 55 mm polyurethane insulation and using an eco-friendly refrigerant R452A, it has a controlled consumption of 0.089 kWh/kg for cooling and 0.313 kWh/kg for freezing. Practical, it is built-in with an integrated worktop, equipped with a core probe, a defrost drip tray, a reversible door, and removable seals for simplified maintenance.
