The SBU15HLE rapid cooling chamber is designed for great versatility with a format compatible with GN 1/1 and 400x600 mm. Its compact dimensions (745 x 700 x 842 mm external) easily fit into all spaces, while its optimized interior (625 x 600 x 370 mm) provides efficient storage on 5 levels with a spacing of 66.5 mm. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures durability and hygiene. Suitable for climate class 4, it operates perfectly up to 30°C and 55% humidity. This chamber ensures rapid cooling of 15 kg from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, and freezing of 8 kg from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. It features 55 mm polyurethane insulation and uses eco-friendly refrigerant R452A. Its energy consumption is optimized at 0.124 kWh/kg for cooling and 0.492 kWh/kg for freezing. Equipped with a reversible door, an integrated core probe, a defrost drip tray, as well as removable seals and supports, it offers practicality and ease of maintenance.
